What happens in the Initial Online Consultation?

Our initial online consultation is a comprehensive 1.45-hour process, divided into two sessions. In the first, 75-minute session, we'll embark on a deep dive into your current health and overall well-being including physical, mental and emotional wellness.

Why do we cover so much ground? It's because we're focused on uncovering the true sources of any imbalance you might be experiencing, rather than just treating surface-level symptoms. We'll chat about your dietary habits, work life, relationships, mental health, and exercise routines – getting the full picture of your lifestyle.

Following this initial consultation, we'll work on diagnosing the potential root causes of your health concerns. Based on this diagnosis, we'll create a tailored health regimen for you, and if necessary, suggest ayurvedic medication. You'll receive this personalized plan within two days. But here's the key – we don't want you to receive the plan and feel left wondering what to do next. We are here to guide you through every step of the plan. So, on the third day, we'll have a 30-minute follow-up session to walk through the plan together. If we suggest any home remedies, we'll even provide recommendations on where to get the ingredients just in case they're not already in your kitchen. We're all about making this journey smooth and doable for you!

Do you need to buy the ayurvedic medication only from us?

 

When it comes to ayurvedic medication, rest assured that it will only be suggested if it aligns with your personalized plan. The flexibility is yours: whether it's through us or another source, the choice is at your fingertips. However, an important note to consider is that we can't guarantee the authenticity and efficacy of medications from outside sources. That's why we lean towards recommending acquiring them through us.

With your plan, you'll find the cost of the medication that we recommend. If you decide to proceed with the suggested medication through us, the cost, along with any applicable postage fees, will need to be paid. Once payment is received, we'll dispatch the medication to you.

What happens in the follow up sessions?

 

As we move forward together on your path to wellness, follow-up sessions become a crucial checkpoint. These sessions offer a chance to gauge how well the plan is suiting you and whether any adjustments are needed due to changes in your circumstances. While you can always reach out via email, these sessions provide a more personalized platform for you to express your thoughts and share your experiences.

For optimal timing, we generally recommend scheduling these sessions after you've been following the plan and medication for about 3 weeks. This window allows ample time to assess whether your health is positively progressing and aligning with your goals. Your journey is unique, and these follow-up chats ensure we're on track for the best results together.

Are all consultations online?

 

Currently, most of our consultations are conducted online, tailored to provide you with a hassle-free experience, saving you from the hustle of traveling around London. Looking ahead, we're excited to share that we're actively working on introducing in-person consultations, starting with follow-up sessions. This step is taken to ensure we offer you even more personalized support on your wellness journey.
